Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") set forth the conditions for using this website (hereinafter referred to as the "Site") operated by JUNGLE X CORP. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company"). All visitors (hereinafter referred to as "Users") are required to use the Site in accordance with these Terms.

1. Applicability

These Terms shall apply to all relationships between Users and the Company regarding the use of the Site. In addition to these Terms, the Company may establish various rules or regulations concerning the use of the Site (hereinafter referred to as "Individual Provisions"). Regardless of their name, such Individual Provisions shall constitute a part of these Terms. If any provision of these Terms conflicts with the Individual Provisions mentioned in the preceding paragraph, the Individual Provisions shall prevail unless otherwise specified.

2. Purpose of the Site

The Site is operated for the purposes of providing corporate information, responding to inquiries, and conducting recruitment activities.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All copyrights and other intellectual property rights to the text, images, logos, designs, and other content provided through the Site (hereinafter referred to as "Content") belong to the Company or the legitimate right holders such as content providers. Users may not reproduce, reprint, modify, or otherwise make secondary use of the Content without permission.

4. Prohibited Acts

Users shall not engage in any of the following acts when using the Site:
  • Acts that violate laws, regulations, or public order and morals.
  • Acts related to criminal activities.
  • Acts that infringe upon the intellectual property rights, privacy, honor, or other legal rights of the Company or any third party.
  • Acts that destroy or interfere with the functions of the Company's servers or network.
  • Acts of promoting or using services not provided by the Company (such as betting) in association with the Company, or acts that mislead others into believing such association exists.
  • Use of inquiry forms or other features for commercial promotion, advertising, or solicitation.
  • Impersonating other Users or submitting false information (name, contact details, professional history, etc.).
  • Providing benefits directly or indirectly to anti-social forces.
  • Other acts that the Company deems inappropriate.

5. Handling of Inquiries

Users shall provide accurate information when making inquiries. The Company is under no obligation to respond to all inquiries received. If the Company responds to an inquiry, the copyright of the response shall belong to the Company. Republication or secondary use of the response without the Company's consent is prohibited.

6. Recruitment Provisions

When applying for a position through the Site, Users shall provide true and accurate information regarding their background, skills, etc. The Company is under no obligation to disclose selection criteria, reasons for pass/fail decisions, or details of the selection process.
Application documents such as resumes and curriculum vitae will, in principle, not be returned. They will be managed and disposed of appropriately in accordance with the Company’s internal regulations.

7. Suspension of the Site

The Company may suspend or interrupt the provision of all or part of the Site without prior notice to Users if it determines that any of the following grounds exist:
  • When performing maintenance, inspection, or updates of the computer system related to the Site.
  • When the provision of the Site becomes difficult due to force majeure, such as earthquakes, lightning, fire, power outages, or natural disasters.
  • When computers or communication lines stop due to an accident.
When the Company otherwise determines that the provision of the Site is difficult.
The Company shall not be liable for any disadvantage or damage suffered by Users or third parties due to the suspension or interruption of the Site, regardless of the reason.

8. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The Company does not guarantee that the Site is free from factual or legal defects (including defects related to safety, reliability, accuracy, completeness, effectiveness, fitness for a particular purpose, security, errors, bugs, or infringement of rights).
The Company shall not be liable for any damages incurred by Users arising from the Site. However, if the contract between the Company and a User regarding the Site (including these Terms) constitutes a "consumer contract" as defined in the Consumer Contract Act of Japan, this disclaimer shall not apply. Even in such cases, the Company shall not be liable for damages arising from special circumstances (including cases where the Company or the User foresaw or could have foreseen the occurrence of the damage) among damages incurred by the User due to the Company's negligence (excluding gross negligence).
The Company shall not be responsible for any transactions, communications, or disputes arising between a User and another User or a third party regarding the Site.

9. Changes to Service Content

The Company may change the content of the Site or discontinue its provision without notice to Users, and shall not be liable for any damages incurred by Users as a result.

10. Modification of Terms

The Company may modify these Terms at any time without notice to Users if it deems necessary. By continuing to use the Site after such modifications, the User shall be deemed to have agreed to the modified Terms.

11. Handling of Personal Information

Personal information acquired through the use of the Site shall be handled appropriately in accordance with the Company’s Privacy Policy.

12. Notices and Communications

Notices or communications between a User and the Company shall be made in a manner prescribed by the Company. Unless the User submits a change notification in accordance with the method separately determined by the Company, the Company shall consider the currently registered contact information as valid and send notices or communications to that contact. Such notices or communications shall be deemed to have reached the User at the time of dispatch.

13. Prohibition of Assignment of Rights and Obligations

Users may not assign their status under the usage contract or their rights or obligations based on these Terms to a third party or provide them as security without the prior written consent of the Company.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

  1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.
  1. Any dispute arising in connection with the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.
